The Project Quality Plan describes a system of procedures and activities encompassing documentation, procurement, construction, installation testing and commissioning as applicable to the technical requirement of the .

The Quality Policy is to deliver products and services to Client in conformance with contract requirements on time and free of defects. ELAMAR has developed a Project Quality Plan in accordance with Client’s quality requirements for the Contract. The contents of the Project Quality Plan are binding on all ELAMAR staff and all the subcontractors in carrying out their duties.
